The romance of being all at sea! For couples keen on cruising this can be an excellent honeymoon option. Whether you like the idea of relaxing by the pool and taking lazy strolls on the decks or enjoying the nightlife fun of the bars, shows, casino and nightclub, one great thing about cruising is that most of your honeymoon is pre-paid because meals are included (and are usually a very high standard).

With Hawaii you can fly to Honolulu and then cruise to the islands of Kaua'i, The Big Island and Maui. In Tahiti, from the capital Papeete through the islands of Bora Bora, Huahine, Moorea or Raiata and Taha'a. Most cruises travel gently through the night so you wake up in another part of paradise.

There are also rewarding cruises like Blue Lagoon Cruises in Fiji. These visit the stunning Yasawa islands and also give you lots of shore time and activities. And 2007 sees the luxurious Oceanic Discoverer arrive in Vanuatu to offer guests 5-night cruises to the islands of Ambrym, Maewo, Espiritu Santo and Malakula (with free flights from Australia).
