We tossed up whether to have this section or not - we're sceptical of 'guest books', thinking that comments can be so easily fabricated but we assure you that nothing below is made up. In some ways we have a strange travel agency - we rarely get to meet our clients face-to-face but feel we know them as friends.

Each week we receive email feedback, photos, flowers, champagne and chocolates from happy couples following their holiday, wedding or honeymoon. It's one of the rewarding things in our job - so a big thanks to them for taking the time as well!

We are now back in London and reality after a superb trip away. Just wanted to mail you to say that we had a ball in Vanuatu and at the wedding. All went extremely smoothly and Gerry was a star at ensuring all guests were well looked after, especially the children. Everything was excellent and we totally loved it. An enormous thank-you to yourself and the Small Guides folks for your invaluable advice, organization and suggestions. You made the normal wedding planning chaos a smooth and unstressful process and Anthony and I really appreciate everything you have done. So, thanks to you all we had a superb wedding day and holiday! The three resort locations were ideal and so accessible to each other - worked out perfectly.

Hope everything is going well for you. Firstly, I must apologise for not writing you earlier. I did mean to do it, but you know how it goes... things just got a bit hectic with all the people and friends to tell about our 'surprise' wedding. The fact, that we announced it on April 1st, did not help as they all thought it was an April Fool prank! Anyway, back to normal now. We wanted to thank you both for your help in the organisation of our holidays in Vanuatu. We had a wonderful time and a perfect wedding. Sarah, our wedding coordinator, was just amazing and I had the most relaxing time with her on the wedding morning. We have already mentioned your agency to some friends and certainly will do it again in the future should friends choose to have the same kind of experience than us. A million thank yous!

Just a very quick note to thank you for all your assistance with the holiday - we had a magnificent time. Breaka's Beach Resort was beautiful - really stunning - with great service and magnificent food. We got a beachside upgrade for 4 of the 7 nights we were there so we were very happy. That said, the garden fares were beautiful as well.We particularly enjoyed our Coongoola Cruise and the sunset cruise as well. All of your advice about catching local buses was brilliant. We used two of your discount vouchers - Coongoola and parasailing - so that was a great saving for us. We loved Tanna Island and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone as an essential part of any holiday to Vanuatu. The volcano was terrifying and we were glad to leave with our lives! Truly wonderful!! Friendly Bungalows was great and the host Mary was fantastic. She very kindly arranged vegetarian food for my partner and the food there was good. We loved the bungalows themselves and the beautiful black sand beach and were very lucky the whole trip with the weather. We will definitely be going back and will pass on your details to friends.

We just want to say thank you for everything, Our Holiday/wedding/Honeymoon was FANTASTIC, it was even better than imagined!! We highly recommend Tamanu on the Beach as a place to have a wedding and also to stay! Gerri was wonderful, it was nearly like having your mum there, she fussed and made sure everything was Perfect! As for Erakor Island Resort, we LOVED it, nice and quiet, relaxing just absolutely magnificent. We went and looked at other resorts and we found Erakor to be just what we were after... As for the Bungalows, they are just gorgeous, the water lapping at the front was so relaxing. We just want to say a HUGE thankyou to you for all the work you put into organising things - you helped make it a great day that we will never ever forget!! There is nothing that we would have changed!!

Thank you we had a fantastic time and loved Samoa. I am expecting the photos to come soon and I will send you some pictures. Sinalei was beautiful and they made our day extra special. We would recommend to anyone to go there. The day before the wedding we took the bus to Apia and bought my 15-month-old son a little lava lava suit for the wedding and he looked gorgeous! The only sad part was leaving Samoa - we have great memories and will be planning a return trip as every one of our friends wants to go there now!

How are you? I hope that all is going well for you! Just writing to let you know that we are back in reality and really missing our holiday already! We had a great time and cannot thank you enough for all you organised for us. We had a bit of a problem on the first night, there was an over booking and we didn't have a room available, so we spent the night at the Le Meridian. After that, Le Lagon were in full suck up mode and made us feel very special by upgrading us to a Lagoon Bungalow for the duration and than we got a room credit and a bottle of champagne and fruit on arrival. It was very nice!

The wedding went off without any hitches. It was a very special day and I think that everyone really enjoyed themselves. I have attached a photo of the wedding for you. I met up with Annie, who did a great job on the flowers, they looked and smelled great. And I also met up with the photographer, he did a great job too. He took a couple of photos of the crowd during the reception and we have photographic evidence of the wedding crashers - A lady who we don't know happens to turn up in both of them!! It makes for a good story through!

We really can see why so many Aussies have moved over. We'll just have to keep our eyes open for a tourism venture to buy into!!

Once again, thank you so much for all your time and effort - there were many compliments from everyone else who booked through you too and just how easy you made everything. I will be keeping your contact details close just in case we decide on doing something like this again - without the wedding of course!!

Just wanted to say g'day, we're back (and married!) and we had an absolutely brilliant time in Fiji! I really think Malolo was a brilliant honeymoon destination, the service was extremely professional and friendly, the resort was just stunning, and we couldn't have been more relaxed if we tried! By the same token, judging by the 24 hours we spent there I don't think it would be a huge loss if Nadi suddenly disappeared ...!!! Probably wouldn't do the midnight flight again - Thursday was a wipeout - but all in all we had a fantastic time and I can strongly recommend the place for any other Fiji honeymooners you might have. Thanks for putting us onto it.

Well we're back from Fiji and would like to say thank you very much (Vinaka vakalevu - I hope the spelling is right) for all your help for Alex and I and our guests. We all really enjoyed our time at The Warwick and Alex and I were absolutely spoilt at Namale. I've included some photos in this email for you - some of just Alex and I, with the boys Jake and Harvey and with our guests. Perhaps the only thing that I would like to let you know about was the "Tour Managers" were a bit slow on their arrival times to pick up us and our guests for return travel to the airport. One guest nearly missed her flight as they were nearly 2 hours late. But other than that no complaints from any of us - the comments from all of our guests was that they really enjoyed their holiday and that the wedding was just beautiful. Although I did pass on the kava as we found out that we were pregnant before we left and I wasn't game enough to try it!! My Dad on the other hand made up for my share!

Again Jenny, thank you so very much for making our wedding day and holiday a relaxing and enjoyable and beautiful day.

The Cook Islands were spectacular and our wedding day turned out to be a beautiful experience. Thank you so much for all your help and thanks to your staff as well for their professionalism. Aitutaki has to be one of the most spectacularly beautiful places I have ever seen and made a great back drop for our honeymoon. Sarah and I were astounded with the level of visibility we had when we went diving and the marine life were abundant with some many colours it made my mind dazzle. The locals were so fun and we went out drinking on more than five occasions with different Cook Islanders and their families. We have made life long friends there and are planning to go back there within the next 18months so be prepared to take some more funds off us. As soon as I can I will forward you some photos of our trip.

Thanks so much for the follow-up!! I was thinking about you on weekend as I knew I needed to send you an e-mail. We had an amazing time! We were well looked after in Aitutaki by Susan and her team. The wedding was amazing as well, more than we ever expected!! I have attached some photos for you, Dad did an amazing job for us and we will have a DVD done soon with the photos and video footage. We went to Honeymoon Island the day after and planted a coconut tree which we will have to go back and see!! We went with "Captain Fantastic" and his crew, the snorkelling was really great too. We had a perfect time and thank you so much for helping to organise it all!
